When I chose an interface location to create a new interface, the switch location address did not match once the port was submitted. Specifically I chose Las Vegas 2 - 2475 Arden St, but once I submitted the request the address changed to Las Vegas 7 7135 S. Decatur Boulevard. This is due to the reachability from the physical location, but makes it very confusing and scary for the customer. My suggestion would be to include both locations on the created port clearly visualizing demarcation. It would also give the user a clear understanding of the "last mile" costs associated with this connection.
