Portal

As the title states, is there a reason why we don't receive notifications for things like fiber cuts? Instead, we have to reach out to Packetfabric to see what the problem is.

The error returned when a new customer has a quota is vague when they try to order 40G or 100G ports. It would better to specifically say something like "To enable ordering these ports please contact your PacketFabric" sales representative".

There should be a warning of some sort (pop up, etc...) alerting a new signup who is subject to quota limits that the account will be limited until they contact PacketFabric sales.

It will also allow us to see a history of tickets that we have/had opened on a circuit ID. Please let us know if this feature is already available and we simply cannot find it.

A Map where points could be selected and then see latency and routes.

Would be nice to have a geo map overlaid with the customers connections, map would be live with hover links for utilization metrics, if links could change color based on utilization that'd be great too. This would provide our customers a better view and overall health of their connections, without having to drill down on each circuit one at a time. The visualization and colors also really helps getting customers excited and a better understanding of what the outcome of a demo is too.

The ability for a customer to view their entire PacketFabric footprint within a network topology view such as an NMS system. Possibly have a radial button that would populate a customers service on a global map.

Currently the only way we can interact with PF tickets is via email. It would be great for visibility, tracking and communication if ticket status were available within the portal so that we could keep our customers updated without having to call or send emails to PacketFabric.

I'd like to suggest adding in the notices of upcoming renewals into the notification section. Or, perhaps a place to view all services on termed contracts so that customers can easily view/plan upcoming renewals. While there is an email sent out, it would be beneficial to also reflect it in the portal somehow. Thanks!

Had a SBR call with PennyMac today. They brought up that they would like to see portal notifications specific to circuits that take route changes that affect latency. This would allow them to know what's going on when they see a drop in latency on a specific circuit, without having to open a ticket with Support.
